What is the cancellation policy for online coaching?
Online coaching has a minimum commitment of 4 weeks. After this initial period, subscriptions can be cancelled with 24 hours’ notice before the next billing cycle.

Yes. Beginners receive structured, easy-to-follow programming with a strong emphasis on learning correct technique and building confidence in the gym.
Do you coach competitive lifters?
Yes. Competitive lifters are supported with meet preparation, attempt selection, competition strategy, and performance planning.
How the Coaching Works
How does online coaching work?
Coaching begins with an online consultation where we discuss your goals, injury history, training environment, motivators, and potential barriers. You will then receive a personalised training program, regular check-ins, and detailed technique feedback through video submissions. Communication is handled via WhatsApp and scheduled calls using Google Meet.
How often is my program updated?
Programs are reviewed continuously and adjusted based on performance, recovery, and progression. If training is tracking well, programs are typically updated every 4 weeks. For Standard and Premium coaching, adjustments can be made within 24 hours if required.
Can I train at a commercial gym or at home?
Yes. Your program is designed around the equipment and environment you have access to.
Do I receive technique feedback?
Yes. Lifting videos can be submitted, and detailed feedback will be provided via WhatsApp.
Nutrition & Support
Why see a Registered Dietitian?
While I am a qualified personal trainer and exercise scientist, providing detailed meal plans and individualised dietary prescriptions is outside my scope of practice. For the highest quality of care and best long-term results, working with a Registered Dietitian is recommended, as they are qualified to provide comprehensive nutrition plans.
Is nutrition included?
Higher-tier coaching packages include ongoing nutrition guidance and adjustments aligned with your goals. Standard coaching includes basic nutritional support such as protein targets and guidance for cutting or bulking phases.
Can you help with fat loss or body recomposition?
Yes. Training and nutrition guidance can be structured to support fat loss or body recomposition while maintaining or improving strength.
