Client Check-ins

As a client of a powerlifting coach, a client check-in is a scheduled meeting where you have the opportunity to:

Review your training progress and discuss any challenges you may be facing.

Adjust your training plan based on your performance, recovery, and goals.

Ask questions regarding technique, nutrition, or other aspects of your training.

It’s recommended that you book a check-in once or twice a month, depending on the coaching tier you've selected. This frequency helps maintain momentum and ensures that you stay on track to meet your goals.

When booking your meeting, keep in mind that these sessions are designed to be collaborative and educational. Your coach is here to support you, so don't hesitate to share your experiences and feedback during your check-ins.
